Technical Description  :

• Outer & Inner fabrication along with working chamber made of 304 stainless steel but heavy duty machine stand fitted with castor wheel made of M.S. pipe with black powder coated paint.
• Removable, seamless, dished work surface with duly slotted counter balanced door.
• 2 stage filtrations of which re-cycling through 0.3 micron Imported HEPA Filter (4’x2’ having 99.99% efficiency) and lastly 30% air can exhaust only through roof-top chimney passing through another HEPA Filter (12”x12”) of 99.99% efficiency.
• Blower assembly of 1/4 HP, Single phase, 1440 RPM Motor & air pressure within 964 F/M. (4.90 M/S)
• 2 nos. UV Light of which one 3ft (30w/UV Range up-to 254nm) is fitted inside the working chamber and another 8” (4w/UV Range up to 180nm) is fitted with exhaust outlet on roof top chimney.
• Microprocessor based LCD control panel for UV light, blower, preset timer with buzzer & fluorescent light.
• Digital manometer (Fitted with LCD Panel) to check air-pressure
