Warranty/Replacement Policy

  • Refund and returns policy solely depend by us. For any type of technical issues within warranty period or out of warranty period customer have to send the image of Serial Plate affixed with our products through our Whatsapp or E-mail and only after that we will decide what type of service will be availed by us.
  • Glass parts, Plastic spares, any type of Lamp of our products does not cover any warranty or guarantee.
  • When our products will be replaced then warranty seal along with Invoice is essential.
  • Warranty/Replacement will not be provided in case of transit damage. In that case machine can be repaired at our factory against repairing cost and forwarding charges.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are technically defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item then send us an email at digilab.diagnos@gmail.com  and send your item to our factory.
